1. Processing Time:

a. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. Certain products have specific fulfillment terms and will be listed on the product page.

b. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

2. Shipping Methods:

a. We only offer USPS Priority Mail Shipping (if you require speedy shipping please reach out to us via email info@genuinehumanco.com)

i. Standard Shipping: East Coast 1-5 business days; Midwest/West Coast 3-6 business days. International shipping is 2 to 4 weeks.

b. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the selected shipping method and destination.

3. Shipping Destinations:

a. We currently ship to [United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, South America, Canada, Africa, Poland, India].

b. For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking:

a. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

b. You can track the status of your order by entering the provided tracking number on our website or the courier’s website.

5. Shipping Delays:

a. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or courier service disruptions.

b. Genuine Human is not responsible for any delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.

6. Incorrect Address:

a. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

b. If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, we will have to wait for the courier to send it back to our warehouse. To have your order re-shipped, there will be a new-label fee charged. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
