Returns & Exchanges Policy

3. Return Shipping:
a. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
b. We recommend using a track-able shipping method and retaining the tracking information until your return is processed.
4. Refund Process:

b. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
5. Exchanges:
a. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
